Art at the Corinthia palace

Art at the Corinthia Palace, a contemporary fine art collective featuring Allura Art artists, opened on November 25 2022. The exhibition was originally due to end on January 8, but following excellent feedback from visitors and hotel guests, Allura was invited to extend until January 31 2023. This photo album presents the artwork displayed in the show and the biographies of the artists.

Art at the Corinthia palace - the opening

Art at the Corinthia Palace launched in style in the five-star hotel’s elegant lobby. The opening of Allura Art’s contemporary fine art collective saw art-lovers come together for an evening of art, good wine and live entertainment. The show continues until January 8 2023.

The Big Show

Allura Art - The Big Show - a selection of original paintings by some of Malta and Gozo’s best-loved artists, created, for the most part, during the pandemic. The exhibition featured both figurative and abstract pieces, including previously unseen or exhibited work.

The Big Show, Allura Art’s first collective exhibition kicked off with a bang with The Big Opening, a special event at which guests and artists of the show came together to enjoy the artwork and soak up the atmosphere. Click here to watch the video.

The Trail Valletta

The Trail Valletta was a rare opportunity to meet and chat with local and international fine artists and to see how they make their inspiring work. The original paintings on display included a range of genres, styles, concepts and techniques, with artists busy painting and completed artwork to photograph, discuss or buy.

The Trail Valletta 2018

The Trail is a walking tour of pop-up open artists’ studios at multiple host venues across Sliema and St Julian’s, endorsed by the Valletta 2018 Foundation. The first of its kind in Malta, this free public event is an opportunity to meet more than fifty artists at work, to share in their creative process and discover their best-kept studio secrets.

The Trail 2018 was a walking tour of pop-up open artists’ studios. The event took place on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 November, 2018 in 20 venues across St Julian’s and Sliema. The Launch party was held at Badass, Balluta Bay to kick off the weekend’s events in style, supported by Campari.
