A launch event was held for The Trail 2018 on Friday November 2, which was attended by many of the artists, venue managers and sponsors of the event. The launch took place at Badass in Balluta Bay and was supported by Campari.
The Trail 2018 was a walking tour of pop-up open artists’ studios which took place in 20 venues across St Julian’s and Sliema simultaneously over the weekend of Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 November. The event was endorsed by the Valletta 2018 Foundation (now the Valletta Cultural Agency) as part of the programme for Valletta, European Capital of Culture 2018.
