Allura is a finalist in the Arts Council Awards!

Allura is pleased to announce that we’ve made it to the finals of this year’s Arts Council Awards. Allura is a finalist in the category of ‘Best Creative and Innovative Enterprise’ in Premju għall-Arti 2023.

If you feel Allura is a worthy winner (for the projects below), please consider giving us your vote, it takes 30 seconds!

The deadline to vote is November 27 at noon. The winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on December 1.

Allura is nominated for a number of projects, including the The Trail Valletta, our Art at the Corinthia Palace exhibition and more recently our work on the Artist Secrets series in collaboration with Art Store Malta.

Laura Swale

Laura is a visual artist, writer and entrepreneur from the UK, with a background in arts education, cultural event-planning and curatorial work. She is the founder of Allura, a multi-award-winning arts organisation based in Malta, established to showcase creative talent and bring it to a global audience. Laura writes visual Arts and cultural content for the Times of Malta and the Malta Independent, she is a judge on the panels of several art prizes and a regular guest speaker at the University of Malta. Formerly a secondary school art teacher and head of department of fifteen years, she is also a practising artist, regularly exhibiting and selling her work.
