Descending Influence is a part of the Panspermia cycle. According to the Panspermia theory the interplanetary spread of life is possible. It could happen by accident: on spacecraft or via comets and asteroids. But not only lifeforms could be transferred to our planet. Many electromagnetic fields and radiations penetrate the Earth’s atmosphere. Why not some high vibrational waves of inspiration?
