An invitation to Art at the Corinthia Palace

Art-lovers are invited to Art at the Corinthia Palace, a collective exhibition of contemporary fine art by Allura hosted at the Corinthia Palace Hotel in Balzan.

The Opening will be held from 7.30pm until 10.30pm on Friday November 25 in the foyer of the Corinthia Palace Hotel.

Visit the event page on Facebook.

The Exhibition

The exhibition presents around 40 recent paintings by some of the most well-respected and accomplished artists currently living and practising in Malta and Gozo. It will include both figurative and abstract pieces, as well as new and previously unseen work. Some of the artwork falls into the landscape genre, while some is more conceptual. Subject-matter ranges from the natural and built environment to the human experience and imagination.

Artists

The 13 participating artists will be the first to exhibit in the lobby of the Corinthia Palace hotel in its new capacity as an exhibition venue. Each artist has become known for his or her own signature style and pieces have been selected which typify their most recent work.

Artwork featured in the exhibition has been selected from the Allura Art collection and the show is curated by Laura Swale of Allura.

“Contemporary fine art in Malta is exceptionally varied. At Allura we look for the collectible artists of the future, so art-lovers can select from the finest quality originals. The artists in this show are among the leading painters in the country and we’ve been spoiled for choice with their outstanding portfolios. If you visit Art at the Corinthia Palace, I hope you’ll be impressed.”
