1 Consultation and vision
A free initial consultation to discuss your vision, space or gift recipient, followed by the co-creation of a detailed artistic brief, defining scale, style, palette and budget, agreed directly with you before work begins.
2 Artist selection and management
Select from our curated shortlist of established and emerging talent or propose your own preferred artist. Whichever route you choose, Allura manages all artist liaison on your behalf.
3 Governance and artist contracts
We handle all legal terms and contract drafting directly with the artist, binding them to your approved brief, timeline and budget. This ensures your deposit and investment are completely secure throughout.
4 Studio progress check-in
A dedicated part-way studio update giving you a behind-the-scenes preview of your artwork taking shape before final completion.
5 Framing and display advisory
Tailored guidance on bespoke framing, UV-protective glass, and optimal hanging or lighting for your space.
6 Certificate of authenticity and provenance
Official provision of an official, signed Certificate of Authenticity to verify your artwork’s origin and value.
7 Collection and shipping coordination
Artworks can be collected in person, or we can provide advice and coordinate insured artwork shipping on request (quoted separately). Custom art-grade packaging and insured transport are arranged to suit your delivery preferences.
